I'd put Office Space in the top 3. I'd find room in the Top Ten for Napoleon Dynamite, Say Anything, High Fidelity, School of Rock, and Raising Arizona. Big Lebowski is the only one on your list I haven't seen. Better Off Dead hasn't aged well in my view (kinda like Real Genius and The Sure Thing). #1 would be Princess Bride. And Meet the Fockers was one of the least funny comedies I've ever seen, up there with Billy Madison and Requiem for a Dream. Your list is rock solid.
