Hi Eric! Funny, I just finished reading this, too. Happy holidays indeed.
This is truly a Christmas miracle!
My favorite parts of the decision are (1) where the judge essentially calls the ID board members a pack of lyin’ fools, and (2) ruling that ID is not science.
This is way better than Fritzmas…
I think the best part is that this “activist judge” is a Bush appointee.
