I hate having inconsiderate neighbors. When the Hubs and I were dating, he had these neighbors upstairs who liked to 'rock the boat' around 3am. And it was LOUD! At least twice a week. But that is weird that they are living in their current place when they already have another place down the way. Maybe the mess that their dogs have created has turned buyers off to their current home. If they moved then the place they're trying to sell would be pristine, eh? Geeesh!
