Here in MN, the market falls apart for sellers in the winter months, as people are too wimpy to move when it is cold outside. Thus, prices falla bit in Dec and Jan. Congrats (condolences?) on the forthcoming mobility of your spawn. I just caught our 8 month old boy getting into a sitting position on his own yesterday. Shortly thereafter, he was trying to lever himself up onto his feet. Spooky indeed. Ugh! I saw that bit ‘O Wired fabrication too. Probably in rural Kentucky. We're buying a house for 137k, it's probably 2000 or so, not sure exactly. It's a might bigger than my 1500 foot ranch which we will sell for somewhere between 140k-160k. My ranch is in a desirable neighborhood so it fetches a little more.
