					<description>that was the policy at the hospital where I had my son, almost 4 years ago...
They kept bugging me to get it (I told them i wanted one at the right time) and I said that I thought I had to wait until 4 cm dialted or something and they said, no, if you're planning on having one, it's your choice as to when...to which i said, bring it on in here then!</description>
